my experience

Hello!
Today I'm going to speak about my blogging experience. I learned a lot, but not only about the grammar, also I learned about the interests of my classmate, their opinions, their view point, their lives and their hobbies, this experience was very fun because I can express my opinion and my likes with my friends.
This blog has many of my dreams and important people for me, I can express me and comment about different topics interesting for me, I think that it is an interesting form to learning english, in special grammar, vocabulary and practice reading.
English class is very important for me, for my career and for my dreams, I hope someday to understand the English and this blog is a form the share topics of my interest and learned English.
All the Tuesday I went to English class thinking of new issues and comment for my blog, in my house I read in blogs of my classmate, always had interesting opinion or topics very important for me as prevention and education or gender problems in my career, the men opinion was very interesting.
In my opinion the time was very short to write although some topics was very easy because are very important for me, and this topics are easier for write, for example a free post, I think that this work was very productive and was an excellent activity
I tried to do good job and tried to comply with the goals to each class, for me English not is easy but I think that is very important and I hope this is easier for me.

My favourite singer

Today I'm going to speak about my favourite singer, I can write about many groups or singer but today I write about Ricardo Arjona...

Ricardo arjona born in Jocotenaco but most of his life was in Guatemala. Your first disk was recorded when he was 21 years old, and this disk called "Let me say I love you" and is really beautiful, but after this Arjona decide leave the music, then return to music and your second disk is called "Jesus, verb not noun" and this was very successful and is the most sold in the history of Centroamerica. In 1992 Arjona edit the disk that leads to fame called "Nocturnal animal" and with other disk achieved international fame.

The first award was recieved as a child, with a song that was his father. In 1994 get 27 platinium disks and two diamond disks. In 2006 get the trophy "Latin American Heritage" and won in the category of "best song of the year". This year wins "Billboard Latin Music" for their 5th floor Tour in Miami, last disk is called "Simply the best" (2008) and "Tropic" (2009).

Last year he come to Chile but I couldn`t go to her concert and it was very sad for me, but I have all his albums, and my favourite song is "The problem" because teh lyrics of the song is very beautiful although I have many favourites songs for example "To you", "Face or cross" or "Naked", this song are really romantic.

My favourite photograph

Today I'm going to speak about a photograph I like, this photo was taken last year in my house in a visit to Copiapo, i think that was in September and is very important for me because I'm with my two brothers, this photo is special because my brother are from Copiapo and I had never been far to them, i miss a lot.

Diego is 14 years old, is studying and he is and was for 12 years my anly brother, he is my best friend, he knows everything about me and I know everything about he, even i love to sleep with him, we're on the phone every and and we can talk for hours. The most difficult thing to be in Santiago is I'm far from him.

My other brother is Jaimito, he is 3 years old, is my baby and he still doesn't understand because I'm far, my little brother is in kindergarden and is the most little in your level, is very intelligent and every day he ask me when I go to visit? and it is very sad for me not to be with him every day, especially in your birthday.

This photo was taken for my dad and it's large in the living room of my house and is the photograph favourite of my dad too.

I think that this photo to prove that I'm very happy with my brother in my house and now I wish the holiday for to see my brother, play with them, go for a walk and can enjoy.

This is my history, the most important for me are my brother.

Education and prevention

The topic today is education and prevention, two words that are very important for the health professionals and the community...

I think that the prevention is very necesary because help people to avoid problems that are very common and that not should happen, for a correct prevention is necesary educate to people, family or comunnity about the methods for prevent some problems or situations, for this the prevention is united with the education and are very important, for example in my career can prevent the teen pregnancy.

For prevent the pregnant teen, the midwife can give talks in schools for explain about the responsability of a baby, also can explain contraceptives methods for prevent the teen pregnancy and the STI (sexual transmitted infections), other method is talk with mothers centers for explain the importance of communication with their sons or daughters for answers your questions, the sex clases are very important for the teenagers or to talks about the importance to have only a couple of this method are for help families, communities or individuals.

The midwives can to talks and can provide information for prevent this, because the midwives always is in contact with their mothers and can explain the care they should have with their children, also the midwive has the means to provide with contraceptive methods and explain its correct use, for prevent not only teen pregnancy, also STI or cervical cancer, that can be avoided similary.

Is very important that the education is present since childhoop, the education begins at home, and we mustn't forget that prevention is better that cure and the only way to cure is have adequate information to make the best.

Problems or issues in my career

Hi!

Today i'm going to speak about gener problems or issues in my career, I think that my career is in general a career for the women, but that a men study obstetrics have benefits and drawsbacks, the benefits is that the men is more careful with women because they never have felt the pain of childbirt, but Ithink tahta the drawsbacks is that the women feel more understood by other women, although its'n only in obstetrics also is in other career as nursing or nutrition that also are career generally for women, but I think that in my career is more strange to see a men, because the midwife working only with women.

I think that over time the men in my career will be more common, I can explain to the patients who attend a woman like a man and not differences, but the time is the best method for the men most knows.

I think that in other countries the gender issues among health workers are similiar in Chile, but there are places that this career is women only, so as well there are places that is very common see men in this career, depends on the countries and the society.

my future

Hi...

Today I going to speak about my future, this topic is very important for me because it's not clear, but I think that it's will about y career and my family, I wish travel for the world and I know defferent culture and lenguages in special information about the obstetrics and neonatology by different countries for example Switzerland. I like go by change to study and make specialities in some interesting topics, this is my first illusion. Also I like make the curses in Chile for help people and to other midwives from Peru or Bolivia for decrease the maternal mortality in these countries.

When I finish my career I like study a speciality about the neonatology, I like work at UCI in the hospital, department of neonatology, for is in contact with babies every day d help family and babies in emergency case. Althought this work isn't easy s very significant for me because the babies are very delicte and for his innocence they need a person that has special babies care, also I wish form a group for women and teach about women care, PAP importance, mamas exams, etcetera. This is for help society in special for the mothers.

Althought ll this can be alone dreams, I know that with effort everything is possible and there aren't impossible dreams.

To form a family is very important for me and I hope can expire with my illusion and have a nice family.

my career

When I was a girl it was dreaming of working with babies, I was thinking of being a pediatrician and this was my major illusion, but I was growing and investigating about other career that impress me for example obstetrics, in this moment I knew that this is the career that I would like study in the future, although that I to understand the role of the midwife when start to study, but always thought that I like to be neonatologist, when I see the PSU score I didn’t doubt that obstetrics is my firs option, really was the first five options, but in different universities, my first option “Universidad de Chile” and happily I’m study in this university.

This career is the right for me because have all the necessary for to be happy, I like the help people, babies, pregnant and this career have everything, for this I think that is the perfect career for me, I’m very happy studying obstetrics.

The education and the anecdotes that to tell the teacher of the obstetrics school have had an great impact in me because I now understand the importance of midwife and before I hadn’t notice, now I’m most secure that I love this career.

I hope to be the best midwife, to be someday neonatologist, because the babies are very special for me and would make me very happy can help to the society and especially the pregnant and babies.

I’m very lucky for studying the career that I like in the best University of Chile

My experience in the earthquake

During the earthquake i was in Copiapo, the earthquake here i felt like a small tremor, but my boyfriend was very close the epicenter. i think was what made me feel more anxious because there was not comunication and could not talk to him, on TV i was see unfortunately only and each time shower furter increase the number of missing and dead, this increased my despair of not knowing as it was, and at 12 o'clock the next day i could communicate with my boyfriend and thank God the was fine, although he said that roads were cut and there was not food.

The aerthquake in my case it was something terrible as practically not sense, but i learned a lot about how fragile we are and enjoy every second with the people you want.

I hope not to go through something like this, but i'm very proud of be chilean and generosity of individual chileans

For me the babys are very important and I wish study neatology and I'm the best miwife. My carrer is really important for me.
